Experience
LT Search Partners is lead by Francis McGovern. Francis is a search engine veteran who worked for Lycos for three years and then ran a SEMPO Circle search engine marketing firm for three years after that. His wide range of experience includes both sales, content, product development and online marketing. Francis has also worked in print media and public broadcasting.
At Lycos, Francis was a Product Manager, where he worked on the My Lycos product. At Lycos Francis was responsible for the daily management of the Lycos Networks suite of personalization products, including the conceptualization and delivery of network wide personalization and registration initiatives. He helped to create and implement several successful customer acquisitions programs, along with retention and database marketing programs that increased user retention for the over 4-million member My Lycos Database. He directly managed projects with premier partners including the MyFidelity project with Fidelity Investments.
While working for a SEMPO Circle SEO firm near Boston, Francis directed the day to day Search Engine Optimization business . At the firm, Francis was responsible for new business and client strategy and managing the team that delivered clients results. At the time their clients included companies working in legal, enterprise software, security, pr agencies and pharmaceuticals, and consumer electronics.
